Annual Conference — Gold Partner
Illustrative proposal view
Everything a prospect needs, nothing your team has to repeat.
Guided qualification
Prospects answer a few simple questions about goals, audience, budget and who they want to meet, instead of filling in a form.
Package recommendations
Revvent matches each prospect to the sponsorship or exhibition packages that suit them best.
Instant proposals
A tailored, priced proposal is generated in moments, in your event's branding.
E-signature
Prospects sign there and then, so interest doesn't go cold.
Meeting booking
Prospects who want to talk book directly into your team's calendar, including Microsoft Teams meetings.
Open around the clock
Enquiries from every time zone are answered immediately, including weekends.
AI does the heavy lifting. Your team keeps the final say.
Revvent's AI is built into every step of the sales conversation, with controls so you decide how much it does on its own.
Matches prospects to packages
A scoring engine weighs each prospect's goals, budget, audience fit and the organisation types they want to meet, then recommends tiers across the events they're interested in.
Researches the company
Revvent looks up the prospect's organisation and writes a tailored rationale and company appraisal into the proposal, so it reads as personal, not templated.
Answers questions from your content
The built-in chat assistant answers using the documents and web pages you provide, and re-reads your site on a schedule you set so answers stay current.
Under your control
Strong matches can go out automatically while lower-confidence or high-value leads route to your team for review. A monthly AI spend cap with a hard stop and alert keeps costs predictable.

Common questions.
Does Revvent replace our sales team?
No. It handles the repetitive first conversation and gets every lead to your team with goals, budget and a preferred package already captured. Your people take over for the relationship and the close, and can review and edit any proposal.
Can we use our own branding and web address?
Yes. Revvent is white-label: your logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice and domain, or embedded in your existing website.
Do prospects need to create an account?
No password and no account. A prospect enters their work email and types a one-time code. Because there's no link in the email, corporate email scanners can't break it.
Can it handle more than one event?
Yes. A single conversation and a single proposal can span several events, each with its own packages, activations, add-ons and currency.
What if a prospect over-selects, or needs changes?
Prospects can remove packages from their proposal before they confirm. After confirmation, your team can edit packages, add-ons and events, and re-finalise pricing, with every change recorded.
How do you stop the same booth being sold twice?
Availability is calculated live from real enquiry status, tiers that share physical inventory share one count, and booth holds are placed on your interactive floorplan.
